Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?+
Yes. We use low-toxicity products approved for use around children and pets. Once the treatment has dried (usually 1-2 hours), the area is safe to return to as normal.
How long does a treatment take?+
Most general pest treatments take between 45 minutes and 90 minutes depending on the size of your property and the type of pest.
How soon will I see results?+
You'll often see dead pests within 24-48 hours. Cockroach and ant colonies can take 7-14 days to fully collapse as the bait spreads through the nest.
Do you offer a warranty?+
Every general pest treatment includes a 30 day free call back period. If pests come back within that time, so do we — at no extra cost.
Do I need to leave my home during the treatment?+
For most external and general pest treatments you can stay home. For internal flea treatments or bed bug jobs we'll ask you to vacate the treated rooms for 2-3 hours.

Do you provide end of lease pest certificates?+
Yes. We provide real estate approved flea and pest treatment certificates emailed straight to you and your agent on the same day.
How often should I get pest control done?+
We recommend an annual general pest treatment for most Sydney homes to keep cockroaches, spiders and ants under control year round.
