Rodent Treatments — common questions
Where do you place rodent baits?+
In tamper-resistant bait stations — in the roof void, subfloor, garage and along external fence lines. They're locked, keyed and safe around kids and pets.
Will dead rats smell inside the walls?+
Modern baits are formulated to minimise this and rats often return outside to die. If there is an odour we can locate and remove the carcass in most cases.
Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?+
Yes. We use low-toxicity products approved for use around children and pets. Once the treatment has dried (usually 1–2 hours), the area is safe to return to as normal.
How long does a treatment take?+
Most general pest treatments take between 45 and 90 minutes depending on the size of your property and the pest we're targeting.
Do you offer a warranty?+
Every general pest treatment includes a 30-day free call-back. If the pest comes back within that window, so do we — at no extra cost.
How soon will I see results?+
You'll usually see dead pests within 24–48 hours. Cockroach and ant colonies can take 7–14 days to fully collapse as the bait spreads through the nest.
