Ant Treatments — common questions
Should I spray the ant trail myself before you come?+
No — please don't. Spraying scatters the colony and makes baiting harder. Leave the trail alone and we'll use it to deliver colony-killing bait straight to the queen.
Do you treat coastal brown ants and carpenter ants?+
Yes. Species identification is step one — coastal browns, black house ants, carpenter ants and Argentine ants each need a different bait matrix to be effective.
Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?+
Yes. We use low-toxicity products approved for use around children and pets. Once the treatment has dried (usually 1–2 hours), the area is safe to return to as normal.
How long does a treatment take?+
Most general pest treatments take between 45 and 90 minutes depending on the size of your property and the pest we're targeting.
Do you offer a warranty?+
Every general pest treatment includes a 30-day free call-back. If the pest comes back within that window, so do we — at no extra cost.
How soon will I see results?+
You'll usually see dead pests within 24–48 hours. Cockroach and ant colonies can take 7–14 days to fully collapse as the bait spreads through the nest.
