End of Lease Treatments — common questions
Do I get a real-estate approved pest treatment certificate?+
Yes. We email you and your agent a real-estate approved certificate the same day the treatment is completed.
Do I need an end-of-lease flea treatment if I didn't have pets?+
Only if your lease specifically requires one. If pets lived at the property, most Sydney agents require a certificate before returning your bond.
Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?+
Yes. We use low-toxicity products approved for use around children and pets. Once the treatment has dried (usually 1–2 hours), the area is safe to return to as normal.
How long does a treatment take?+
Most general pest treatments take between 45 and 90 minutes depending on the size of your property and the pest we're targeting.
Do you offer a warranty?+
Every general pest treatment includes a 30-day free call-back. If the pest comes back within that window, so do we — at no extra cost.
How soon will I see results?+
You'll usually see dead pests within 24–48 hours. Cockroach and ant colonies can take 7–14 days to fully collapse as the bait spreads through the nest.
What areas of Sydney do you service?+
We cover Sydney metro end to end — Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Northern Beaches, South West, Western Sydney, Sutherland Shire, Hills District and out to the Blue Mountains, Wollongong and the South Coast.
